Though many are enjoying a day off of work for the holiday...many among us are waking to the reality of Hurricane season. I woke this morning with my thoughts and prayers on the residents of Louisiana. My heart is heavy for those we've recently had the privilege of meeting and working alongside...praying they have moved to safety with their families...
With so much rebuilding still to be done -3 years after Katrina - I can't even begin to think how discouraging it could be to return home after the hit of Gustav.
True Hope can only come from one place...all the rest is temporary....
